On our organic olive grove we have about 250 olive trees with 3 olive varieties: Sevillenca, Morrut and Farga. These are the typical varieties of this region.
The olives are hand picked or combed out with an olive comb. They fall on nets on the ground and within 48 hours we bring them to the olive oil mill where they are crushed with granite millstones and then cold pressed by means of a traditional press. The result is a very fruity, aromatic extra virgin olive oil of exceptional quality, perfect for all types of cold and warm dishes or simply on a piece of bread. If conserved well, our oil will keep for at least 2 years.
